We have been providing an electronic repair service in North Norfolk since 1987 and our motto is

~ Pansonic Warranties ~ We at A.1. Electronics only cover a 10 miles radius of Fakenham for under warranty repairs on behalf of Panasonic. We will call out to you and collect but you must have proof of purchase documentation to enable us to submit a claim for all items under warranty. If you are outside the 10 mile radius you will have to contact Panasonic to ask them to collect under the warranty. You will need to advise us of the nature of the fault you are reporting. If your equipment is a MWO you will need to send us your turntable plate and roller ring adequately packed. Please make sure that you include your name and address with contact numbers, home and mobile, so that we can contact you. ~
